Returns & Exchanges

At CLN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CLN account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
